75% Affiliate Share!

by SarahMae on December 3, 2011

JUMP high five! (almost)

All affiliates for the month of December will receive 75% commissions!

This means that you will earn $3.74 per eBook sold through your blog/website. Do you think you could sell 20 copies? Of course you can, because 31 Days to Clean has proven super successful with already over 20,000 sales! So what are you waiting for?! Sign up here!

“Sarah Mae’s affiliate program has been the most successful program I have worked with. I find it very difficult to come across someone who doesn’t need help and encouragement with house cleaning–that coupled with the fact that the e-book is very affordable. Mothers and homemakers are pretty eager and excited to get their hands into this book. My method? Major encouragement and regular promotion simply by sharing how I’m making it work for me. Also? Gather some friends, and do it together!” Christin, Joyful Mothering

How to be successful as an affiliate:

Set a goal!

20 sales = $74.80!

50 sales = $187!

100 sales = $374!

150 sales = $561!

Write a post about the eBook

Advice from a successful affiliate:

“The best way to sell is to do the challenge on your own blog with your readers and encourage them to spread the word. In your initial post, you’ll want to use your affiliate link – and every post after that that mentions the eBook…keep a button on your sidebar with the price…Keep your posts casual and authentic. Don’t sound like a commercial or ad. :) Sell it because you love it, and it will sell.” -Christin, Joyful Mothering (Christin earned $123 in one month, and this was with the eBook half off and only a 30% affiliate share!)

Put the larger banners on your sidebar in a prominent place (above the fold if you really want to do well)

You can find all the banners here (the front of the book, which is 180 x 260, is the most “catching” one)

Send out information about the eBook in your newsletter (if you have one)

Add a picture of the eBook or a banner, or a link telling people about the eBook in your newsletter!

I really, really appreciate you helping me to spread the word-thank you SO much!

Detailed instructions on how to get, link, and use your affiliate link (all free!):

You can be all set up as an affiliate in about 2 minutes if you know what you’re doing, or about 10 if it’s your first go-round

1. Right click the button or banner you like, and “Save As” to your computer.
2. Go to a photo hosting site, such as Flikr or Photobucket and upload the button.
3. Once the button is uploaded, copy the html of your button  On Photobucket, the html will be right below your graphic. You can run your mouse over your graphic and simply click on the html code. In most cases it will automatically copy it. If it doesn’t, you can right click and select “copy”. Be sure all the code is highlighted.  If you’re on Flickr, you will need to click the “Share” button above the graphic. Click “Grab the HTML/BBcode”. Highlight the code and “copy” it. Now paste the button code where you want your button to appear.
4. In another browser window, you want to log in to your E-junkie account, under the affiliates tab. {Click the affiliates tab, then click “log in” under that}
5. Click “Get Affiliate Code”
6. Under ” Select Merchant” , choose Sarah Mae
7. Then click “Get Affiliate Code”
8. A box will appear with the code. You want only a piece of the code. It is the url piece. It starts withhttp://www.ejunkie.com.… and will finish with your code ID. <a href=”https://www.e-junkie.com/ecom/gb.php?cl=163493&c=ib&aff=XXXXXX” target=”ejejcsingle”>Click here to visit Sarah Mae.</a>
Copy the part as shown here in red. Do not copy the quotes, but what’s inside the quotes.
9. Go back to the page where your button code is. You’re going to replace a piece of that code with this link.
10. Your code might look similar to this:
<a href=”http://s50.photobucket.com/albums/f350/Christin316/?action=view&amp;current=31DaysButton125-plain.jpg” target=”_blank”><img src=”http://i50.photobucket.com/albums/f350/Christin316/31DaysButton125-plain.jpg” border=”0″ alt=”Photobucket”></a>

You are going to replace the code in purple with the code you just copied from ejunkie. So highlight the url and simply paste — you can right click and “paste” or hit “control v” on your keyboard. Be sure the URL you’re replacing is highlighted or selected first. Save your widget or post and you’re set to go!

What Would You Do If Your House Was Clean Everyday?

June 14, 2011

Question for you to ponder: What would you do/be doing if your house was clean everyday and you weren’t overwhelmed by a mess? “It is far more lucrative and fun to leverage your strengths instead of attempting to fix all the chinks in your armor. The choice is between multiplication of results using strengths or incremental improvement fixing weaknesses that will, at best, [...]
